Personnel Management

Man power management is the most crusial and the most difficult part in running a business. Dealing with different type of people with totally different characteristic is a sure challenge for a manager. I am no guru in handling personnel, but if someone tells me just to not mind them, and just let them do what they were doing.... well i can't take that. One manager told me that in dealing with people you have to level with their thinking. True. But you can not keep on letting one/more personnel do whatever they want, or just keep on understanding them. Why, because it's business we're talking about, their mistake is the companys' downfall. You can not keep on pampering the stupidity of an employee.
